Luke McPherson has more than 15 years of public accounting and finance experience, serving as a trusted advisor to both publicly traded and privately held companies. His experience includes advising clients on accounting consideration for Revenue Recognition ASC 606, VIE, Convertible Debt with/without embedded derivatives, CECL ASC 326, Leases ASC 842, Foreign Currency Transactions and Translations, Business Combinations and IFRS to US GAAP conversion. Luke also has extensive experience with S-1, S-4 and Form-10 registrations for a variety of companies in life sciences, oil & gas, technology and construction industries.

Andriy Mushak is an accomplished Certified Public Accountant with a rich history of over 20 years in the fields of SEC reporting and accounting compliance. He boasts a strong academic foundation and specializes in diverse industries, including technology, life sciences, media, medical supplies, finance, and manufacturing. He is skilled in SEC and Private Companies reporting and compliance, with an impressive tenure at Baker Tilly (Boston) spanning more than a decade. Andriy is a veteran of dozens of successful public and private financings and M&A transactions.
