Luke McPherson, CPA
Partner, SEC Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting
Luke McPherson has more than 15 years of public accounting and finance experience, serving as a trusted advisor to both publicly traded and privately held companies.
Mr. McPherson's technical accounting experience includes revenue recognition under ASC 606, variable interest entities (VIEs), convertible debt and embedded derivatives, current expected credit losses under ASC 326, lease accounting under ASC 842, foreign currency matters, business combinations, and IFRS to U.S. GAAP conversions.
Mr. McPherson also has extensive SEC reporting experience, including S-1 and S-4 registration statements and Form 10 filings for companies across life sciences, oil and gas, technology, and construction.
Andriy Mushak, CPA
Partner, SEC Financial Reporting and M&A Support
Andriy Mushak is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in SEC reporting, financial reporting, audit, accounting compliance, and transaction support
Mr. Mushak works with public and private companies on complex financial reporting and accounting matters, including SEC filings, financial statement preparation, audit readiness, technical accounting, and M&A transactions. His experience spans a range of industries, including life sciences, technology, medical supplies, finance, and manufacturing.
Prior to co-founding LMAM Consulting in 2025, Andriy spent more than a decade with Baker Tilly's Audit practice in Boston. There, he led financial statement audits and provided assurance and advisory services to publicly traded and privately held companies.
Mr. Mushak has also supported numerous public and private financings and M&A transactions throughout his career. Andriy also serves as Fractional Chief Financial Officer for two publicly traded companies, providing senior financial leadership while continuing his role as Partner at LMAM Consulting.
